Riesling - temperature
There are no generally valid rules regarding how warm or cold a wine should be. Ultimately, all individuals have their own conception of temperature, and it is simply a matter of individual feeling.
As with the conception of smells and taste, temperature is also a matter of a sensory impression, which can vary with atmospheric conditions, external and internal temperatures and above all personal mood.
In winter, higher temperatures are preferred, whereas in summer cooler drinks are generally in demand, but what really matters is simply what tastes good!
