Cooled Riesling
Today more than ever before, wines are offered which are designed for immediate or prompt consumption. From the supermarket shelf, into the refrigerator and a few hours later it's on the table – this is no problem.
It is not necessary to recreate a complicated vaulted cellar, simple everyday wines easily endure a few days and weeks in the refrigerator.
If the wine is stored in the relatively warm cellar of an average family house, and on occasion it needs to be rapidly cooled, there is no objection to putting the Riesling in the freezer compartment, or quickly cooling it down with a Rapid Ice wine chiller sleeve.
This method is certainly better than drinking the wine too warm and thereby missing out on the enjoyment of it.
